the park is located on the west side of pulin village, guankou town, jimei district, xiamen city, next to haixiang avenue, at the intersection of shenhai (shenyang to hainan) and xiamen-rong (xiamen to chengdu) expressway, connecting the east-west zhangzhou line, running through the north-south quanzhou line. via the haixiang avenue. the park connects four districts in xiamen: jimei, haicang, xiang'an and tong'an districts. it enjoys easy connection with xiamen, zhangzhou and quanzhou, forming an economic circle with the park at the core.

the warehouse is divided into two phases: phase one and phase two. in the first phase, there are four 13-meter-high steel structure warehouses with a total area of about 46,000 square meters. in the second phase, there are five three-story high-standard warehouses. the first-floor of the warehouses has a total area of approximately 44,000 square meters, and the second and third-floor warehouses have a total area of approximately 67,000 square meters. the warehouse is designed and built with energy-saving technology to save customers' operating costs.
