a modern, five-star logistics base integrating modern logistics, high-standard warehousing, living supporting centers, comprehensive operations centers, and logistics e-commerce platforms. in the future, it will become the flagship base of logistics and warehousing for the entire xiamen and even the greater southern fujian region. the park covers an area of 285 mu and has a construction area of 230,000 square meters. the subsidiary focuses on cultivating comprehensive cross-border e-commerce services and building a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce service base to provide training, logistics, warehousing, inspection, sorting, labeling, and distribution for cross-border enterprises. such one-stop, professional and standardized services will help xiamen achieve breakthroughs in the wave of cross-border e-commerce development, strive to form a group of leading cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and cultivate new growth points for the city’s foreign trade. the subsidiary is named a national “ministry of transport freight hub base”, demonstration logistics park in fujian province in 2020, and a national (fifth batch) digital warehouse enterprise pilot of china internet orgazation.
the park is located on the west side of pulin village, guankou town, jimei district, xiamen city, next to haixiang avenue, at the intersection of shenhai (shenyang to hainan) and xiamen-rong (xiamen to chengdu) expressway, connecting the east-west zhangzhou line, running through the north-south quanzhou line. via the haixiang avenue. the park connects four districts in xiamen: jimei, haicang, xiang'an and tong'an districts. it enjoys easy connection with xiamen, zhangzhou and quanzhou, forming an economic circle with the park at the core.
the park has a comprehensive information building, covering an area of 1,113.57 square meters, with 11 floors, each floor is about 1,100 square meters, and the total construction area is about 16,000 square meters. the interior of the building has been decorated and equipped with air conditioning, with various types of units. the underground of the building is equipped with 120 parking spaces, mainly suitable for the office and business needs of business units, logistics companies, finance, postal services, insurance and other institutions in the park. they are now open for leasing. the rental rate starts at a favorable price of rmb25 per square meter.
the warehouse is divided into two phases: phase one and phase two. in the first phase, there are four 13-meter-high steel structure warehouses with a total area of about 46,000 square meters. in the second phase, there are five three-story high-standard warehouses. the first-floor of the warehouses has a total area of approximately 44,000 square meters, and the second and third-floor warehouses have a total area of approximately 67,000 square meters. the warehouse is designed and built with energy-saving technology to save customers' operating costs.
the first-floor warehouse is mainly used for logistics collection, distribution and distribution, while the second and third-floor warehouses are mainly suitable for warehousing needs such as ordinary textile supplies, express warehousing, e-commerce logistics. the equipped warehouse infrastructure has sufficient space and column spacing, floor height, loading and unloading platforms and other physical properties, and is guarded by high-quality park security management.
the logistics park is also equipped with canteens, apartments and other supporting facilities, providing one-stop services for catering and accommodation for employees of enterprises in the park.
at present, the warehouses on the first floor of the first and second phases have all been rented, attracting more than 80 logistics companies. the warehouses on the second and third floors have also completed 95% of the rental space, attracting a number of xiamen's large e-commerce manufacturing companies.
the park has built a shared driver's home to provide freight drivers with comfortable and convenient parking, short rest, and considerate and warm services such as restrooms, mobile phone charging, bathing, washing, laundry & drying services etc., so that truck drivers can “drink hot water, enjoy a hot meal, have a hot bath, and get a good night's sleep.”
